Q: What is the process to get signed up to make purchases?

Bona fide retailers that maintain a physical business ship-to address separate from their home address are invited to submit our easy-to-complete sign up form as well as a reseller certificate.  For California based retailers, please complete and return the BOE reseller certificate.  For retailers based in other states, please provide the equivalent for your state (proof of being a reseller and paying local sales taxes).
